Teroldego Wine Label

As part of my classes later in the VC major, there
was a class known as Professional Practice. This was
a course that involved real work with local clients to
help us gain legitimate experience in the field.

One client of mine was Chateau Thomas Winery
based in Plainfield, Indiana. They had a project
ready for an original wine label for their new wine
titled 'Teroldego.' The basic concept behind the
label revolved around a story of Medieval Italy
which featured a battle with a dragon. The story
went that once the dragon was slain by the knight
it's blood hit the ground and sprouted grapevines.

It was from these grapes that a wine was created.
That wine would be represented by this release. The
story guided the visual exploration, and the following
sketches detail the different paths this idea took.
